Weavers Tapestry Band Sampler SAL: Part 9

Welcome to the last part of the first band! I'm sorry this post is late - life happened as they say and things did not go to plan. At last you get to finish those toes and make the boundary between this band and the next! I have an important announcement added to this post so please don't skim but read it all carefully!
Your sampler will look like this when you have finished stitching the last bit! That final mini border marking the end of the band is sneaky and has a lot more stitches than you might expect for something just 3 stitches high! It clocks in at 302 stitches!
This is what mine looks like when photographed outside (it was VERY COLD out!) but the sun was out and it just looks so much better then. And because I can't help but show it off a bit more...
A bit further away...
And all of it! Still lots to go of course but this first band used quite a bit of the space available as it used up around 90 stitches of the 480 that go within the border.

Next week you will get the first pattern of the next band AND the preview of the next band!

That said there is something important I have to say:

I can understand enthusiasm and having fun stitching and not wanting to stop but... please do not post photos of anything further than the latest pattern (if I make notes about things I've stitched ahead on then that's fine) It confuses and worries people and is NOT fun!

I then get confused, worried people contacting me and that is also NOT fun!

If people continue to post pictures of stuff that is ahead of what I've stitched then I shall be forced to stop posting PREVIEWS. It's that simple unfortunately. I post the pictures to help people plan ahead not for people to stitch ahead.

This is a stitch along not a race ahead.

So please do yourselves and everyone else a favour and respect my simple request - I don't ask for much but I shouldn't even have to think of having to ask this - its common sense not to do it.

Don't worry I will not be stopping the SAL - just the previews.

You can find the black and white pattern here
You can find the colour pattern here

If you are stitching this too and want to join us on Facebook just go to the Facebook group and apply!

If you want to (also) join in on Instagram or Twitter all you need to do is use the tag #weaverstapestrybandsamplersal and/or my name @Magical525 and I'll be sure to look in on your work and possibly even re-tweet it if it's on Twitter!

I'll see you later this week for the first pre-stitch of the Spring Magical Mystery SAL! Also coming up this week: the March Ornament of the Month and over on Deviant Art: the NFSAL!

I'm up to my eyeballs stitching things to photograph as you can imagine - and then there is Viking Dragon too! My goodness there is so much to do this week!
